Mary-Kathryn Boler, President
Ms. Boler has over 20 years experience as an entrepreneur, consultant and senior level executive. Her areas of expertise include strategic planning, new venture creation, finance, and marketing and communications. Clients include emerging businesses, existing firms, economic development agencies and non-profit organizations.
Ms. Boler is a frequent speaker on business development issues and is the author of numerous training programs including Growth Tactics: Strategic Business Planning for the Busy Executive, Homepreneurship: The Ultimate Juggling Act, and Conducting Market Feasibility Studies.
Her work with entrepreneurs has earned her several awards, and Ms. Boler was named one of Maryland’s Top 100 Women and a Small Business Administration Home-Based Business Champion.
Ms Boler earned a bachelors degree in mathematics from Duke University and a masters in business administration from the University of Virginia’s Darden School.
